Are you a hunter who thrives off being in the field, managing client relationships, and meeting targets?

Our Client based in Wadeville is seeking your 2–5 years of external sales experience, ideally within the lighting, electrical, or construction industries.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who understands technical products and enjoys making an impact.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric required
2â5 yearsâ experience in technical external sales (industrial, engineering, electrical, mechanical, or related sectors)
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain products/solutions
Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong time management and self-discipline

DUTIES

Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts
Conduct on-site client visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, procurement, and admin) to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
