To safely operate cranes and lifting equipment to move, load and position glass sheets , pack and related material within the factory, warehouse and dispatch area.The operator ensure that all handling activities are conducted efficiently , accurately and in compliance with safety standards to prevent damages of glass products and maintain a safe working environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead cranes , hoist and other lifting equipment to handle glass products in manufacturing , cutting , storage or loading areas
• Safely lift , transport and position glass sheet , packs and crates according to work orders and production schedules
• Inspect lifting equipment before use to ensure they are in good condition and meet safety standards
• Load and unload delivery vehicle , carefully
• Ensuring glass integrity and stability during movement
• Monitor crane performance and report any defects , malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to maintenance or supervision
