SUMMARY:
A well established Liquor Distribution is Seeking a PA to join their team on a 3 months contract base.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Handle emails, calls, and general correspondence
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Use Microsoft Excel to track sales, inventory, and distribution data (formulas, spreadsheets, basic reporting)
- Coordinate local and international travel (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- Assist with delivery scheduling and logistics coordination
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company requirements
Key Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Experience with travel coordination
- Knowledge of logistics/distribution (advantageous)
