A fast-paced restaurant is looking for a Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant to support daily operations and manage customer communication.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

Fluent in English
Well-spoken and well-presented
Own reliable transport
Must have a smartphone and strong communication skills
Must be available immediately

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to messages
Manage WhatsApp bookings, reservations and food orders
Maintain quick response times to all customer queries
Handle customer questions, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Double-check and confirm reservations
Provide general administrative support
