SUMMARY:
Do you enjoy dealing with high-end clients and being in control of all day to day requirements for the Directors.
Must have own transport and have professional experience to take control of company requirements when the Directors are travelling. Bilingual and very well spoken in English and Afrikaans essential.
The role is suited to an adaptable and willing to please personality who enjoys building relationships and will go the extra mile to ensure that all parties are happy.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent communication skills
- Maturity in handling situations confidentiality and professionally
- Strong computer and typing abilities
- Proactive, and taking initiative
- Flexible, and adaptable to change
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Some financial exposure, advantageous
DUTIES:
- Liaising with clients
- Typing up of quotes
- Typing up of contracts and confidential documents
- Answering incoming calls and attending to enquiries
- Screening calls for two Directors
- Diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating such
- Ensuring that all necessary information and documentation required for daily diary activities are provided
- Dealing with email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Directors
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for business and personal travel
- Ordering of consumables and stationery
- Marketing and newsletters
- Coordinate courier services
