PA (Hybrid)

SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Engineering industry based in Hillcrest is looking for a PA (Hybrid) to join their team. 
Salary R15 000 CTC per month 

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar administrative role (minimum 3 years)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Email and inbox management
• Monitor, triage, and flag priority emails
• Draft and format responses for review
• File and organize email folders systematically
• Calendar & meeting coordination
• Schedule meetings, avoid clashes, and ensure buffer time
• Send reminders and prepare agendas
• Take minutes and track action items where needed
• Document & report preparation
• Create and format spreadsheets, presentations, and reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Assist in compiling management packs and board reports
• Task and project follow-ups
• Track outstanding items with internal and external stakeholders
• Send follow-ups and status updates
• Confidential personal admin
• Book travel, appointments, and handle private admin when required
• Organize digital filing systems and backups
