The Role
My client is looking for a proactive Sales & Executive Assistant to support our sales team and provide executive assistance to the Head of Sales. This is a diverse role that blends sales support, client servicing, and administrative excellence, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Assist with client proposals, presentations, renewals, and onboarding.
Coordinate with insurers for quotations, submissions, and policy terms.
Support client servicing (queries, renewals, endorsements, claims follow-up).
Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline tracking, and client engagement records.
Provide executive support to the head of Sales (calendar, travel, correspondence, reporting).
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance requirements (FAIS, POPIA, FICA).

What We’re Looking For

Matric (Grade 12) essential; tertiary qualification in Finance/Business/Insurance advantageous.
2–4 years’ experience in financial services, insurance, or client service/PA role.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems; FAIS compliance (or willingness to achieve). Strong Excel skills.
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proactive mindset with excellent use of initiative.
Professional, client-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
