Experience Required:

• 5 years supervisory experience
• 5 years extensive packaging experience in a grain milling industry
• Experience with automated packaging machines and robotics, including fault finding

Qualifications Required:

• National Senior Certificate (NQF 4 equivalent)
• Relevant qualification in Packaging or Supply Chain Management

Computer Skills Required:

• Good computer literacy

Key Responsibilities (KPIs):

• Manage ISO 22000 and HACCP standards
• Preventative maintenance planning (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Production and logistics planning (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Manage packaging processes through optimisation of employees and machinery
• Ensure packaging standards meet company and customer requirements
• Inventory management of finished goods and packaging materials
• Achieve packaging production targets
