PAM 14704 - Business Development Manager (Fire, Gas and Security) – Pinetown

Your duties will encompass:

• Managing the sales and operations activities within the region the company as a whole.
• Ensure the region meets reportable deadlines and enforcing compliance to company procedures.
• Source leads and maintain customer relationship within the region to ensure service levels and satisfaction.
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Finding or converting potential leads to active customers.
• Recruiting employees or subcontractors to maintain an adequate level of staff, within the company growth and strategic plan.
• Complete performance reviews of regional staff providing critical but constructive feedback to improve staff productivity.
• Actively participating in the successful integration of new customers.
• This will include inspecting the customer facility where work has been performed on a regular basis.
