Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Facilitate the shipping of products.
Arrange transportation of product lines.
Receive products and coordinate deliveries.
Prepares loads for shipment.
Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
Oversees inventory accuracy upon loading the vehicle prior to dispatch
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Ensure all processes on the system are accurate and completed as per corporate process.
Prepare accurate reports for management
Checking stock picked according to business requirements
Assist with processing returns accordingly and ensure that all parties are communicated with
Investigate negatives reflecting on the system and the

Qualifications

Matric
Logistics or related Certificate.

Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics Coordination.
Experience working with ERP systems like SAP, Syspro.
Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge of warehousing best practises.
Knowledge in resource and capacity planning.
Knowledge on warehousing safety, the DG classifications and Risk Categorisation.
