Company specializes in manufacturing and supplying industrial products.

Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Sell company products and services via phone, email, and online channels.
Hunt for new customers, products, and markets.
Conduct cross-border sales into Africa.
Chase sales targets and volume objectives.
Attend to sales enquiries and customer complaints.
Maintain customer database and relationships.
Manage order processing, Local & International.
Verify stock availability and data accuracy on quotes, customer orders, and sales orders.
Expedite orders and keep customers updated on progress and stock.
Prepare quotations (Local & International).
Ensure daily filing of orders, waybills, and invoices.
Write and manage sales orders for stores dispatch.
Send out customer surveys and assist with switchboard and reception duties.
Participate in personal development and training when required.

Qualifications

Sales and Marketing Diploma

Skills

Minimum 5 Years’ experience in sales
Microsoft Office Suite Computer Literacy.
