PAM 18070 - Bookkeeper (Freight) – East Rand

Your duties will encompass:

• Manage full Accounts Payable & Receivable cycles, including reconciliations, collections, and supplier queries.
• Oversee General Ledger, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle bank and cash management, EFT processing, and cash flow forecasting.
• Support payroll journals, statutory deductions, and leave provisions.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT/GST, withholding tax) and assist with audits.
• Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
