Employer Description Company specialises in electronics manufacturing. Job Description Your duties will encompass: Execute RFQs and purchase orders in line with MRP requirements Maintain accurate BOMs and stock codes Track deliveries to ensure material availability for production Expedite delayed components and follow up with suppliers Prepare shortage reports and supplier comparisons Escalate supply risks to Senior Buyers Support inventory control through cycle counts Identify excess or obsolete stock Assist with stock optimisation initiatives Log and manage RFQs Collect and validate customer data packs Maintain accurate quotation and order records Assist with costing and quotation preparation Gather supplier pricing for costing purposes Populate costing templates and support order fulfilment Support on-time customer delivery Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or similar analytical field Skills Knowledge of electronic components and supply chains Minimum 3 years' experience within electronics manufacturing environments Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
