POSITION INFO:
Employer Description Manufacturers of doors. Job Description Your duties will encompass: Coordinate the end-to-end tender process for public and private sector bids Provide national support for Tenders, RFQs, RFIs, and Vendor Assessment Questionnaires Manage online tender submissions via client portals Analyse tender requirements and ensure full compliance with client specifications Prepare, review, format, and proofread technical, commercial, and legal submissions Maintain up-to-date company legal and compliance documentation Monitor tender progress and provide regular status updates Liaise with internal departments to obtain required information Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders Develop and refine bid content, including presentation slide decks and supporting documents Maintain a database of tender submissions and related documentation Conduct risk assessments and report key issues to management Support post-tender clarifications and contract award processes Qualifications Grade 12 (Matric) Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural fields APMP or similar bid\/proposal management certification Skills Minimum 3 years' experience in tender coordination, bid management, or procurement Valid driver's license and own transport Prior on-site working experience Experience within the construction or engineering industry Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional communication across all levels (contractors to architects) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
