POSITION INFO:
Employer Description Company specialises in the supply of refrigeration, air conditioning and temperature control solutions. Job Description Your duties will encompass: •Assist walk-in and call-in customers and accurately identify their product requirements. •Promote and sell the company's refrigeration and air conditioning product range. •Provide customers with product, service, and warranty information. •Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service. •Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities. •Support branch sales targets and overall branch performance. •Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately. Qualifications •Matric (Grade 12). Skills •Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales or technical environment within the refrigeration industry. •Refrigeration product knowledge. •Technical aptitude and hands-on approach. •Basic business acumen. •Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
