Job Description Your duties will encompass: Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation activities. Identify, qualify and follow up on prospective clients. Promote and present company products and services to potential customers. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team. Develop and maintain strong customer and prospect relationships. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives. Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities. Conduct customer feedback and NPS calls. Accurately capture and maintain customer information on CRM systems. Prepare and maintain sales, lead generation and activity reports. Assist with customer retention and relationship management initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. Achieve agreed sales, lead generation and customer satisfaction targets. Qualifications Matric Skills Minimum 3 years' experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales, lead generation Experience within the technology, IT, telecommunications or business services sectors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and confident telephone manner Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Computer literate with experience using CRM systems Target-driven with the ability to work independently Salary\/Package R12k - R15k CTC Benefits Pension Medical Aid Commission Bonuses
