Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
- To facilitate and support the sales effort by maintaining a high level of regular contact with customers via telephone and email.
- Pricing and quotations.
- Marketing administration.
- Reports.
- Overseeing all activities that relate to the servicing of customers.
- Generating required monthly sales analysis reports i.e. sales by product & customer.
- Co-ordinating the activities of the branch in terms of purchasing, sales, deliveries, reporting, collections and all reasonable functions as delegated to you by your superiors etc.
- Filing and storage of all material related to your specific job function.
- Assisting in coordinating and managing all marketing activities such as advertising, promotions, product launches etc.
- Assisting in company training and induction programmes.
- Providing a friendly & readily available first point of contact for Internal & External customers.
- To pro-actively seek new business in the specified product range, by targeting a combination of existing customers and prospective customer.
- Carrying out invoicing, clerical work and administration related to branch management.
- Ordering and maintaining required stock levels.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Diploma in Marketing
Skills
- Syspro Advantageous.
- Pastel Advantageous.
- 3 years'' experience from manufacturing industry.
- Microsoft Office package.
