Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
- Managing Team Schedule.
- Coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers.
- Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs.
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate access for weekend and after hours work with teams and clients.
- Update the SLA (Service Level Agreement) list.
- Follow up with relevant personnel for outstanding quotes.
- Load Field motion reports upon technician requests.
- Create new customer or user profiles as needed.
- Liaise with Field motion support for technical assistance.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support operations.
Qualifications
- Matric.
- NQF 5 certificate in related field.
Skills
- Minimum 2 years'' experience in service coordination or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Experience from Engineering, Construction or IT industries.
