PAYROLL & TIME ATTENDANCE SPECIALIST - Sage 300 OR Sage Premier -FMCG, Paper&Pulp or Manufacturing experience
- Kempton Park area, East Rand,
GAUTENG

POSITION INFO:

PAYROLL & TIME ATTENDANCE SPECIALIST experience with payroll Software - SAGE 300 or SAGE PREMIER
* Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Basic Macros)
* MS Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
* Diploma or Batchelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting,
HR , Financial or related field (NQF L6-L7)
* Minimum 4-5 Year's experience in Payroll Officer Role - FMCG,
Paper&Pulp OR Manufacturing Industry

.Duties and Responsibilities:

Process Payroll accurately and timely
PAYE, UIF, CODIA/WCA, SARS Bi-Annual & Year-End submission(IRP 5, IT3), IRP 501
Understanding of BCEA, Labour Relations, Income Tax Act, Employment Equity
Manage Time Attendance Systems
Calculate wages and deductions
Prepare and distribute paychecks
Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Legal Regulations
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
CLEAN CRIMINAL & CREDIT RECORD - will be verified
