PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR/CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT company with Payroll Division in JHB and CT require a Payroll Consultant. Grade 12 Accounting and Certificate/Diploma in Accounting preferred. Previous payroll experience essential where candidate has worked on multiple outsourced company payrolls. Consult with clients to coordinate new engagements, transfers, promotions, terminations. Capture fortnightly and monthly payroll and ensure salaries and deductions are paid accurately and timely to all employees and third parties. Monthly reconciliations, returns, reports and attend to payroll queries. Above average computer skills, advanced Excel and own car required. R15 - R 25 000 neg on exp.
