Payroll Manager
Cape Town Based
R40 000 ctc

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring that salaries are processed accurately every month
Management of employee benefits, including ensuring employees get maximum use thereof
Leave administration
Ensure compliance will all legislative requirements in respect of payroll, leave and benefits
Provide support to staff in respect of all payroll related matters

Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:

Relevant payroll qualification
Minimum of 5 years payroll experience on VIP Payroll
Experience in administering and managing the full payroll function, including salaries, leave and benefits
Understanding of PAYE and SARS requirements
Be fully familiar with the requirements of the BCEA, EE, SDLA, Income Tax Act, COIDA and other relevant legislation
Advanced Excel skills essential
