The Role: Software Developer (Junior-level) PHP
This role is ideal for an early-career developer passionate about full-stack PHP development and excited about the evolution of intelligent virtual agents and automated customer experience platforms. Key Responsibilities

Bring 2 to 4 years of PHP development experience into migrating, building, extending, and maintaining PHP-based platforms

Develop web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL (MySQL)

Configure, integrate, and maintain Intelligent Virtual Agents using native tools

Work closely with AI and automation specialists to deliver seamless omnichannel solutions

Adhere to internal development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices

Support, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and infrastructure

Contribute to documentation, system knowledge, and team collaboration
About You

2 to 4 years of hands-on PHP development experience

Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Solid SQL knowledge, particularly MySQL

Familiar with Git or similar version control systems

Experience with MVC frameworks (Laravel advantageous)

Understanding of object-oriented programming principles

Exposure to state management systems is beneficial

Comfortable with Agile/Scrum workflows

Experience with AWS or Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) is advantageous

Any exposure to Agentic AI, virtual assistants, or bot technologies is highly regarded
