SUMMARY:

PHP Developer

Our client, a growing company in the IT industry, is looking for a Front End Web Developer to join their team in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric;
National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science; and
3 years’ experience in back end web development.

Technical Requirements:

Experience in PHP and object orientated coding;
Experience with MVC PHP Frameworks;
Experience in MySQL, relational database design and writing SQL queries.
Experience in working with GIT repos;
Experience in HTML5, CSS3 and SASS would be advantageous; and
Experience with JavaScript and JQuery would be advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:

Conducting website analysis and application requirements;
Writing back-end code;
Developing back-end portals;
Integrating data storage solutions; and
Troubleshooting application and coding issues;
