PLAAS VOORMAN (FARM FOREMAN)

Location: Free State
Salary: R20 000 – R30 000 (Experience dependent)

Our client in the Milling & Animal Feed industry is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Farm Foreman to oversee operations within a mixed farming environment. If you have strong mechanical skills and a genuine passion for agriculture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in:
- Daily farm operations
- Cattle herd management
- Maize and pasture production under irrigation
- General maintenance of farm equipment
- Fire prevention and fire management
- Additional farm-related duties as required
Strong mechanical aptitude
Valid driver’s license
Proven staff supervision and team management experience
Practical, hands-on approach to routine farm maintenance
