JOB SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our well known client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a PLC Specialist to join their dynamic team in East London (Berlin).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Maintain all PLC Devices to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.
Do fault finding and preventative maintenance as per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant works instruction
Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data.
Ensure that company procedures, works instructions and quality systems are adhered to at all times
Participate actively in the departmental M2S as per company requirement
Ensure that all PLC backups are done according to the company procedures.

Job Requirements:

Grade 12
Qualified Electrician / Millwright or Technical Diploma
Min. 5 years experience as a PLC Technician within an automotive environment
Extensive working knowledge of PLC programming, Siemens TIA V3- V15 , S7 300.Siemens Safety PLC programming

Knowledge required:

Programming Techniques
Fault finding and repair and maintenance, improvements on PLC sequences
Manufacturing processes
Basic understanding of Quality Systems
Fault finding and maintenance of presses / Assembly equipment
