The PMO Coordinator will provide critical support to the Project Management Office by coordinating administrative and financial activities across a portfolio of approximately 60 large-scale projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP FI for invoice processing and financial tracking.
What you'll do:
Your Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
- Proven experience with SAP FI (Financial Accounting module).
- Strong understanding of invoice processing and financial workflows.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK).
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
