Become part of an innovative, forward-thinking and strategic IT architecture team. Our mature architecture team is based in Brackenfell (strategically placed close to the sea and the Cape Winelands) and includes experts in enterprise architecture, solution architecture and data architecture. We operate in an agile retail environment of Africa’s largest retailer that utilizes industry-leading IT technologies that run on-premise and in multiple cloud platforms.

Qualifications:

• BSc Computer Science or Degree in Information Systems

Minimum Requirements:

• 7-10 years’ experience in the IT industry
• 5-10 years’ experience with campaign management, data management platforms, demand-side platforms, and customer data platforms
• 5 years’ experience in architecting advertising technology programs while understanding marketing technology such as Google
• 5 years’ experience with master data management and big data
• 5 years’ experience with all IT project aspects such as business analysis, architectures, design, testing, etc.
• 3 years’ experience with architecting POS platforms and the Flooid and Retalix POS products
• 3 years’ experience in the retail industry
• 3 years’ experience implementing customer loyalty solutions and omni-channel commerce solutions
• Proficiency in marketing automation systems and their integration
• Understand the different methods of SAP integration
• Excellent design and architecture skills
• Excellent technical development
• Identification and formulation of solution architecture with object-orientated applications using multiple languages
• Data processing experience
