PP 14481 - Senior Project Manager

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and delivering complex projects from initiation to completion within budget, scope, and schedule. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals. The project is a US$ 500 Million state-of-the-art, mixed-use development project. Expected duration – 4 years.

Your key functions/ responsibilities will include the following:

1. Project Leadership: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
2. Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle.
4. Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
5. Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and implement best practices in project management methodologies.
