Job Description

 

You will be required to work closely with the Property Development Manager in order to carry out feasibility studies on new property development projects and thereafter keep close track on the actual developments .to ensure within budget.

 

Qualifications

 

• BSc/BTtech Quantity Surveying
• Registration pref

 

Skills

You will have at least the following:

• At least 15+ yrs exp on large projects - R100m + with Contractors or Property Developers.
