Employer Description

As a preferred service provider to the property industry in Mauritius, our Client provides property development, project management and project consulting services to Property Developers; Property Funds; Property Investors; the Hospitality Industry; Land-Owners; Financial Institutions or any individual or organization who may require expert property development and project management related advice and services.

Job Description

You will have the capacity to assist not only with projects, but the company’s operations, as well as some basic development management functions – in accordance  with the company’s main focus as described above.

• The position calls for relocation to Mauritius.
• If you driven & motivated, this could well be the right opportunity for you.
• Ideally mid 30’s to mid 40’s

Qualifications

BSc in Construction Management / Building / Property Development ideally

Skills

• At least 10- 15 years of experience with 5+ years having completed several projects as a PM.
• A strong leisure and residential background would be a bonus.
