Job Description

 

Reporting to one of the Directors of the company, you will be involved with the full cycle of project managing residential developments to include:

• Product development;
• Townplanning activities regarding services & approval;
• Civil project management
• Construction project management

 

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary quals such as:

• Construction Management
• Town Planning
• Project Management

 

Skills

• Exp in residential developments
• Managerial experience
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• No less than 7+ yrs exp.
