Job Description

 

You will be expected to effectively manage and oversee all operations by communicating, coordinating and directing different departments to ensure successful site operations. your duties will include but not limited to:

• Strategic Direction
• People Management
• Project Management
• Risk Management
• Stakeholder Liaison
• You will manage a total of 12 projects concurrently or total worth of minimum R90 million ranging to R150 million.
• You will have a minimum team of 10 senior managers

 

 

Qualifications

 

• BSc/BTech Building / Construction Management
• Professional Registration SACPCMP

Skills

• Min 8-10 years experience as Project Manager
• Min 5 years as Senior Operations Manager
