A growing Australian based agency that’s been pushing the boundaries of technology within the medical industry,
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
A responsive, thorough, results-driven, and proactive PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Head who will lead our PPC Team to ensure campaign success. We need a committed team-player who can extend managing some of the agencies’ key accounts when needed.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
PPC Strategy and Updates
- Stay up to date with the latest PPC and digital marketing latest trends and best practices and train the team on the latest PPC techniques
- Update the clients on the recent Google updates (please check it monthly)
- Plan, develop and implement our PPC strategy for the new accounts and review the plan every 2 months
PPC Audit
- Perform the monthly PPC audit and present the findings to the client and work with PPC specialists, web developer to get the fixes done. The KPIs we look at are;
- Number of Conversions
- Cost Per Acquisition
- Click Through Rate
- Cost Per Click
- Impression Share
- Budget Limitation or not
- Regularly perform keyword check (weekly) for the main keywords to see if the ads are visible on page 1 or not, ideally to be in top 4.
Ads Copy & Landing Page Production
Work with PPC specialist and UX Specialist and Web Developer to produce exceptional ads copies and landing pages for the client accounts.
- Produce ads copies with PPC specialist (check our Google Ads and Facebook Ads SOP for the ads writing guidelines)
- Produce landing pages based on the agreed package and the client ads budget, please refer to Content Writing SOP for landing page structure and copy
- Check content written by our writers or images prepared by our graphic designer for the landing pages
Web Development Support
- Work with the developer to implement the changes as part of the PPC optimization or the client’ request.
- Monitor key landing page performance: loading time, users time spend, bounce rate, and other KPIs and propose actions to improve it
Reporting & Client Management
- Ensure our agency’s 4 core qualities (Responsive – Thorough – Results Driven-Proactive) are reflected in every pieces of communications you deliver to the client and team members (reports, emails, and others)
- Send weekly PPC updates to the client; regarding 4 key KPIs:
- Conversions
- Cost Per Acquisition
- Ads Visibility
- Ads Spend
- Review PPC monthly reports prepared by PPC specialist and send to Account Manager to review before sending out the to the client.
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- Proven experience in paid search, especially Google Ads
- Minimum seven (7) years pay-per-click experience
- Experience in landing page optimization, conversion tracking
- Excellent ad copy writing skills
- Knowledge and experience in ads A/B or Split Testing
- Working knowledge on Google Search Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Google Display Ads; YouTube and Bing ads will be a plus!
- Ability to compile and analyze ads data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign directions.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in English for both verbal and written (for monthly reports client meetings, if needed)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within the team environment.
