SUMMARY:

PRACTICE MANAGER -ACCOUNTING PRACTICE

Location: Robertson, Western Cape

A well-established accounting practice in Robertson is seeking a reliable and organised Practice Manager to oversee the internal administration and financial processes of the firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the practice’s internal invoicing, debtor administration, financial records, and general office administration, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and supporting the professional team.

POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage client invoicing and billing administration
Monitor and follow up on outstanding debtor accounts
Maintain the practice’s internal financial records
Provide general office and practice administration
Maintain client records and engagement documentation
Support partners and staff with administrative coordination
Liaison with SAIPA/SAICA on training contracts

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or practice administration
Previous experience in an accounting or professional services environment will be advantageous
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good computer literacy and experience with accounting or office software
English and Afrikaans communication skills will be beneficial

This position is suited to a structured, dependable individual who enjoys managing administrative and financial processes within a professional office environment.
