• Manage the Preparatory School, Grades 1 – 7.
• Oversee teaching, learning, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain discipline standards.

• Bachelor’s degree and PGCE.
• SACE Registered.
• Minimum 10 years’ primary teaching experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams.

• Fluent English communication.
• Strong leadership and delegation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for modern teaching methods.
