PRINTER TECHNICIAN - Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a Copier/Print Technician to be part of their dynamic office environment.

The successful individual will be responsible for, including but not limited to the following tasks:

Service Delivery – ensuring that all calls on copiers and printers are serviced in a professional manner, attending to networking, uploading software, and maintaining functionality of hardware processing
Liaising and conducting service calls in a professional manner to ensure excellent customer services
Build rapport with clients to always ensure a mutual and beneficial working relationship
Deliver and installation of new machines, setting up users, adding users for scan functions

Key Requirements:

Matric
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in same or similar industry
Basic knowledge of networking print servers and related applications and services
Exposure in Konica Minolta, Canon, Samsung and Lexmark equipment (HP beneficial)
Must have a reliable vehicle
