SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced professional passionate about optimizing coal processing operations? We’re looking for a skilled Process Manager to oversee our coal processing plant in the Ermelo area. This is a key role responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production while driving plant performance and recovery rates.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering.
7–15 years of experience in coal processing, beneficiation, or mineral plant management.
Strong knowledge of coal washing, dense medium separation (DMS), flotation, and screening processes.
Experience with process control systems (SCADA, PLC) and plant optimization tools.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
