SUMMARY:
Our client is currently seeking a Production / Factory Manager with previous FMCG experience to be based in Heidelberg, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Production Management/ Operations Management/Business Management
Minimum of 10 year’s experience in a similar position preferably in a Food/Meat Manufacturing environment.
Excellent knowledge of legislative requirements – food safety, health and safety and employment legislation;
Excellent communication skills – facilitating effective communication with other members of the site management team to ensure compliance with, and development of, the site quality manual / systems / HACCP / ISO / FSSC.
proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and AX would be advantageous
Proven statistical and analytical ability
