POSITION INFO:
What you'll bring to the table:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in food sciences, food technology, manufacturing, engineering, sciences, or a similar discipline is preferred.
Proven management experience, ideally within the agricultural or food production industry.
In-depth understanding of production processes and operations.
A keen eye for detail and a relentless commitment to quality.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
