SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the production department. The role includes managing production schedules, quality control, stock management, staff performance, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team to achieve efficiency, productivity, and quality targets.

Proven experience in production management or similar manufacturing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office
Team player with the ability to work independently
