SUMMARY:
We're seeking a Production / Manufacturing Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, specializing in gear production for mining, construction, and agriculture. A successful candidate should have experience in operations or production management, preferably with a background in manufacturing parts for relevant industries.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Mechanical Engineering degree, diploma, or trade test with managerial experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in mining, agriculture, or construction.
Track record of progressing from workshop to management roles.
Strong technical skills, including reading engineering drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with production planning and health/safety regulations.
Basic financial acumen is a plus.
