SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Education industry is seeking a Programme Advisor to join their team. This role is responsible for guiding and supporting prospective students through the enrolment journey by providing accurate programme information and support

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

Essential: Grade 12 (matric)
Preferred: Diploma in Marketing
A minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
Experience working with CRM systems and MS Office suite

Duties and responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and responding to enquiries
Provide prospective students with accurate information on programmes, entry requirements, study options and career pathways
Conduct needs analysis with applicants to ensure programme suitability
Guide students through the application and enrolment process, ensuring compliance with institution and regulatory requirements
Manage leads effectively using the Institution’s CRM and/or learner management system
Achieve and exceed individual and team enrolment targets
Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents/guardians, schools, and other stakeholders
Create content and materials for marketing purposes in collaboration with the marketing team
Participate in open days, school visits, career expos and other marketing and student recruitment initiatives
Arrange appointments with schools and other basic education entities to build relationships and promote programmes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programmes offered and industry-related developments
Provide regular reports on leads, conversion rates and enrolment progress
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks by management
