SUMMARY:
You’ll be responsible for managing a small, skilled team that produces cutting-edge electronic and electromagnetic hardware. Your goal: deliver high-quality output, on time, every time — while continuously improving processes and helping your team thrive.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

National Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering
BTech in Engineering and/or Project Management certification
3+ years in an electronics production environment (ideally high-value/low-volume)
2+ years in a project management capacity
2+ years in a team leadership role
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (advantageous)
Strong understanding of project management principles and tools
Working knowledge of RF circuits and electronic test equipment (spectrum analysers, VNAs, etc.)
Hands-on experience in fault-finding, assembly, and testing of electronics
Competence with general measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)
Comfortable with spreadsheets and using Microsoft Office Suite
Advantageous: Basic fibre optics knowledge, programming or automation experience
