JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project/ Technical Manager – Wine/Spirit/Bottling - Paarl - R60 000 – R80 000 per month CTC

Wine/Spirit/Bottling Plant seeks a Project/ Technical Manager to be responsible for ensuring that the condition of assets is monitored and a replacement program is in place. Provision must be made for the replacement of Assets with existing or new technology in a 5 Year Capex program. You will will manage all Technical Projects. Min Eng. Degree or Diploma, 7 years’ experience in Project & Financial Management, SAP and QMS knowledge, and cooling qualification.

You will need to understand the wine/spirit making process in order to define the critical infrastructure needed, which is suitable for the process.
