PROPERTY AND BRAND GENERAL MANAGER (NELSPRUIT)

SUMMARY:
General Manager with Property industry experience is required in the Nelspruit area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification (Engineering / Building Sciences / Town Planning / Accounting)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in property management, acquisition and development
• Knowledge of the development and management of property, contracting, approval processes required, e.g. municipal zoning and environmental approvals
• Knowledge of the Fuel Industry and Site and Retail licencing - an added advantage
• Drivers Licence and Own vehicle
• Own cellphone
• Language proficiency: English and Afrikaans
• Proficient in MS Office
• May be required at times to work outside the normal working hours and days
