PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading property developer, is seeking a Property Development Specialist to oversee and support real estate projects from planning through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of development processes, land use regulations, and financial modelling, along with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. This is a dynamic role offering the opportunity to contribute to high-impact developments and drive value across a diverse property portfolio.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess property development opportunities in line with company strategy.
• Conduct market research, site assessments, and financial feasibility studies.
• Prepare and present business cases, project proposals, and investment reports.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, urban planners, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Navigate zoning, permitting, and other regulatory approval processes.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Negotiate land acquisitions, development agreements, and contracts with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, marketing) to support project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve project-related issues as they arise.
• Ensure all developments comply with local building codes, environmental laws, and safety standards.
• Previous experience in residential buildings

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in property or real estate development.
• Strong understanding of land use regulations, development processes, and financial modelling.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property development software/tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
