This company undertakes large retail shopfitting projects

Job Description

Reporting to the Director. You will be required to:

• Work with materials used in Timber World – Melamines, Laminates, Veneers, Solids etc.
• Do Cost estimations/Bill of Materials on all Shopfitting projects. Validation against technical drawings.
• Do client follow ups regarding tender/quote submissions.
• Do BOM/BOQ quantifications and cost validation.
• Liaise with Project Managers/Factory Managers/Procurement & Design department ensuring correct materials are specified/procured.
• Keeping track of Project cost throughout the build ensuring all metrics are within check

Qualifications

• BSc/BTech/Diploma

Skills

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Manufacturing / Shopfitting
• MS Excel
• Strong understanding of the construction of timber and steel units / Willing to work overtime if required
