Job Description

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of all export projects. The Project manager needs to perform a wide range of duties including; planning of the project, staffing the project, implementing the project and controlling the project.

Additional duties include

• Managing and overseeing the proper and effective functioning of the projects.
• Planning, directing, coordinating as well as leading the activities of a project to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished within the required time and to budget.
• Establishing a project plan for each project and distribute to all parties concerned.
• Outlining the work plan to assigning duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
• Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output.
• Hands on management of production to ensure timeous delivery of product.
• Making decisions by assessing the situation and determining the importance, urgency and risks of the job.
• Quality control.
• Resource planning.
• Risk Management.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Certification in Project Management (Added advantage)

Skills

• 5 Years'' experience in Retail shop fitting projects
• Own transport
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Very effective organizational skills
• Computer Skills including email at a highly proficient level
• MS Project 2017 proficiency and Microsoft office
• Time management skills
