JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Management of two pack lines (line balancing, productivity, quality control and personnel)
Ordering of packaging material
Daily calibration of pack lines and setting up of packing programs
Internal training of Packaging and Quality staff
Ensure packhouse compliance with BRC/HACCP regulations

Requirements:

Grade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification will strengthen the application)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar environment
Knowledge of Vitrax-System and Optical Sorting will strengthen the application
Excellent people management skills
