• Operate and maintain machinery efficiently
• Oversee daily production processes
• Manage and coordinate a team of ±30 employees
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Handle basic administrative and reporting tasks

• Qualified or experienced Millwright / Machine Operator
• Strong mechanical and practical skills (hands-on approach essential)
• Good administrative and organisational ability
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of approximately 30 staff members
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
